disappointed...

i worked FOUR long months at Black and Lee Tuxedo and Suit Rentals and i am disappointed to have found out that my dad wore this little gem for a friends wedding once, and never mentioned it to me once..

We didn't have that good of looking tuxedo's at Black and Lee.. how could one forget this great fit and the pink bow tie with the wing tip collared shirt?

So, why did he fail to tell me about this???

You are SO funny alana, haha. Where/why did you randomly come across this pic just now?

I am a little disappointed as well! HE probably kept it to himself for so long because he didn't want all the major model companies to come after him.

Can you blame him?

Like I told you I don't remember wearing a tuxedo at all. I do remember the wedding but the memory of the tuxedo has totally left me. Maybe I'm repressing it because it was so traumatic. And to make it even worse (or funnier), I was the wedding singer at the reception. I played the guitar and sang a John Denver song. Mom wasn't at Mikie's wedding because she was in Edmonton at another wedding so she has never seen me in a tux - until this picture (or at least she doesn't remember seeing me in a tux - I know I don't remember seeing me in a tux).

Hahaha how do you always randomly stumble across the funniest old pictures of your family? This is absolutely priceless. Wasn't Doug such a looker? I think he must have kept that tux a secret because he figured that if any clientele found out Tux's came looking that awesome, then maybe they wouldn't give you any business because they'd be on a search for a replica! Just a possibility...

And I cannot BELIEVE he was the wedding singer too! Haha I can picture it now...

To be totally honest when I first saw this picture I thought that you found a picture of a look-a-like. I was lol wondering how she would find a picture of someone who looked like me especially since I didn't remember (and still don't) ever wearing a tux.
